Customer Service Advisor's urgently required! Minimum 6 months - £10.19 per hour - Weekly Paid - 37 hour week - flexi time 7.30am - 5.30pm Mon to Friday. Full Training Given. Working in the middle of Torquay. Immediate start!

We have an exciting Opportunity to help the public with their Council Tax Rebate claims. Taking calls and emails from the public, processing applications, updating the system with information, verifying bank details, adding to spreadsheets and processing refunds.

The Customer Service Advisor will need to deal with a high volume of applications, have good IT, Admin and Processing skills. You will need to be accurate and an eye for detail. The Customer Service Advisors will work as part of a team supporting the public with general enquiries and will need to have excellent telephone and email skills.
